The origins of such a practice date back to 1960, by the Norwegians and Swedish people. England and France were soon to follow, and soon thereafter, the first associations were formed. The first congress for Re-Education by means of Equestrian (RPE) took place in Paris in 1974. The second in Bale (CH), in 1976. |
